Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include any extras unless specified, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases where delivery to your area is not a part of Intermusic standard delivery zones, the freight value will be quoted as a separate issue to payment for goods.
In these instances you will be contacted by Intermusic providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery.
Intermusic require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
Full payment for all orders, including orders for Products that Intermusic needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed.
All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, or Direct Deposit.
Additional processing time is required for Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Availability and Delivery
The following products are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within the next working day of receipt of order and payment:
For Domestic Shipping, we use TNT Road Express Courier Service. Shipment is expected to arrive within 1-4 working days upon collection. Refer to TNT's website for further information regarding Road Express Shipment. www.tnt.com.au
Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Intermusic. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availabilit
Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product.

Refunds Policy
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
• faulty;
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't get a refund for simply changing your mind.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You may take advantage of the Refunds Policy by visiting one of our stores or returning the goods by delivery (in which event we will reimburse you the delivery costs).
